Refund and Return Policy

At No Ditty Specialty Oils, we take pride in the quality and concentration of our 35% Extrait de Parfum sprays and 25% Extrait/Parfum Oils. Due to the nature of fragrance products and strict hygiene/safety restrictions, our policy is as follows:

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted exclusively for items where the wrong scent was shipped. We do not accept returns for any other reason due to the risk of product tampering and sanitary regulations.

• 72-Hour Notification: You must inform us of a shipping error within 72 hours of the delivery timestamp.

• Contact: Please email martin@nodittyspecialtyoils.com with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item received.

2. Liter Sales

All sales on Liter sizes are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on bulk concentrates unless the wrong scent was physically shipped.

3. Shipping Damages

We have years of experience in the fragrance industry and have mastered the art of secure packaging to ensure your oils arrive safely. Because we package all orders to professional standards, No Ditty Specialty Oils is not responsible for items destroyed or damaged in transit.

If your package arrives destroyed, please contact the shipping agency directly to file a claim, as all packages are handled by third-party carriers once they leave our facility.
